How Amixi makes money

Last updated October 7, 2026

When you buy through a shop link on Amixi, we may earn a commission. It never changes the price you pay.

Amixi is free to use, and the free version is the real thing: your closet, try-on, outfits and public profile. Here is how we pay for it, and the rules we hold ourselves to.

Memberships

Most of our income comes from members. Amixi Plus adds more of what you already use. Amixi Secret is our invitation-level membership, with personal styling and concierge shopping. Prices are always shown before you join, and you can cancel any time.

Paying never changes what we recommend or which shop we send you to.

Shop links

Many Shop buttons on Amixi are affiliate links. If you buy something after tapping one, the shop may pay us a commission. Your price is the same either way. We work with affiliate networks, including Sovrn and Rakuten, which connect us to thousands of shops.

How we choose a shop. When a piece is sold in more than one place, we send you to the shop that has it in your size for the lowest total price, including shipping and duties.

Resale and give-aways

When you sell or pass on a piece through Amixi, some services carry a small fee, such as handling on give-aways. Fees are always shown before anyone pays.

Creators and brands

Creators can earn a share when people shop their closets, and Amixi takes a share of brand partnerships we help arrange. Creators can also pay for Creator Studio, a set of tools for running a public closet. Sponsored posts are always labelled.

Trend insights

In time, we may offer brands and designers reports on what people wear and want, built from combined, anonymous patterns. These never include your name, your closet or anything that identifies you.
